April 28, 2022 –Pacific Workplaces (PAC), the San Francisco-based flexible office space provider, is opening a new coworking space in Downtown Las Vegas. The grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting with Mayor Carolyn Goodman will take place on Tuesday, May 24 from 3-5 pm at 300 South 4th Street, 6th Floor. This will be PAC’s 18th flexible office location and the second in Nevada.
“This is an important milestone and a recognition of the growing role that Las Vegas has taken as a business and innovative hub in the West, and we wanted to be part of it,” said Laurent Dhollande, CEO of Pacific Workplaces.
The 16,636 square foot flex office space will offer a mix of private offices and team rooms, open coworking space, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, gig internet, a podcast room, lounge areas, a designated wellness room, and fun, enlightening events that will be a magnet for the Vegas business community. It is located within a couple of blocks from the City Justice Court, the Federal Courthouse, City Hall, close to the Zappos HQ, and a few blocks away from the 18B Arts district and its myriad of food and micro-brewery options.
The State of Nevada in general, and Las Vegas in particular, is becoming a magnet for innovative businesses, which is why Pacific Workplaces is expanding here. The State Policy Reports, published by Federal Funds Information for States, ranks Nevada as the best economy in the country, beating out Texas and Florida. Nevada is the leading state in employment change, ahead of Hawaii and California. Nevada’s employment increased by 9.7% over the prior year, compared to a national average of 4.7%, as reported in the Vegas Business Digest.

Chicago-based Workplace Studio is responsible for the unique design. “When designing this space, we developed a strategy that optimized the natural light and incredible mountain views,” said Kelly Bozelka, Managing Director of Workplace Studio. “Central to our design is an event space where users can network and build on this sense of community. We also incorporated diverse flex and private spaces to accommodate the constantly evolving needs of users throughout their workday.” The center features 58 private offices, 6 meeting rooms, and close to 50 dedicated desks and open coworking workstations.
