FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 13, 2023 (Phoenix, AZ) – Pacific Workplaces (PAC), the San Francisco-based flexible office provider, announced today that it’s opening a new location in Midtown Phoenix at 3838 N Central Avenue. The space totals 13,148 square feet and will feature 47 private offices, a coworking area with 6 dedicated desks, drop-in open coworking seats, phone booths for privacy, 3 fully-equipped meeting rooms, gig internet, virtual offices, and fun events that create opportunities for members of the Phoenix business community to connect.
The building is part of City Square, a three-tower prominent office complex mixed with onsite amenities such as a hotel, restaurants, fitness center, and open-air retail plaza. It’s located just a few miles from the State Capitol and courthouses, with easy access to Arizona State Route 51, Interstates 10 and 17, and the Valley Metro Light Rail.
Laurent Dhollande, CEO of Pacific Workplaces said, “When Barker-Pacific, the building owner, with whom we have several partnerships in California and Nevada asked us if we could be interested in this location, we jumped on it immediately. It is an outstanding building full of attractive amenities. Many of our members from California have moved to the Phoenix-Scottsdale area, and in a sense, we will be following them.” Dhollande added, “Given the dynamism of the Phoenix metropolitan area, we will be looking to add a couple of other locations there soon.”
This is Pacific Workplaces’ first coworking space in Arizona as the company’s original base is in the San Francisco Bay Area and offers 18 locations, including Las Vegas, Reno, Nevada, and now Phoenix.
Construction is projected to be completed by April 2023 and people interested can lock-in pre-opening deals by registering their interest on the Pacific Workplaces website.
