In truth, our previous website already had e-commerce capabilities that worked quite well for us. Users were able to purchase Virtual Office Plans and book real-time meeting room reservations. However, online purchases of rapidly growing Coworking Memberships were not available. We now filled this gap and considerably improved the user-friendliness and functionality of the website!
The new site is also much faster, with simplified navigation, and has a more responsive and mobile-friendly design. Visitors get immediate access to the products most relevant to them, with fewer clicks. The new home page organizes our four tracks of products and services: Full-Time Office Space, Virtual Office Plans, Coworking Memberships, and Meeting Rooms, so visitors can easily navigate directly to the workspace solution they want.
Once a product-type is selected, within two-clicks, a user can easily purchase a Virtual Office or Coworking membership, make a meeting room reservation, or schedule a tour at their location of interest amongst the 19 shared workspaces we offer in California and Nevada.
Coworking memberships, which were not available for online purchase previously, are now not only an option, but we’ve revamped our coworking offering to include new memberships such as a 3-day Monthly Pass, and options to upgrade to a Dedicated Desk, all of this at extremely competitive prices.

Another big item on our wish list was to highlight our Global Network – an offering designed specifically to address the needs of mobile workers.
