Terrible place for depositions - overall the place is on par with most coworking spaces, BUT do not plan on staying even one minute past 5:00pm. They will interrupt your depo at 4:45 to argue with about how long the videographer and CR need to break down., and they will call security at 4:55 to kick you out and make sure you're completely out of the office by 5 on the dot. They're certainly allowed to do this but this is one of the most extreme policies I've ever encountered it creates a very stressful situation for everyone and does not allow you to use your full amount of time. Also, the main conference room lets in all the sound from the lobby and is very echoey.

UPDATE 10/24: They had the monthly meetup event where there was a Pizza party. It was poetry good. We enjoyed a Scooby Doo movie in the background...lol. It was cute. UPDATE 9/23/25: Still love professionally living here. The community is very warm and welcoming. just opened my office space here. Very smooth process thanks to Caroline Bilal. I really appreciate the way that she handles business from start to finish. Very communicative. I love my office, the community and the surroundings outside of the building. I believe I do do great things here... professionally speaking.
