Virtual Office Oakland

We love our virtual office at Pacific Workplaces in downtown Oakland. We have the convenience of an office and/or conference room when we need it and a front-facing professional staff that greets our clients both in person and when they dial our office telephone number. It's a great place for our hybrid work group.

My virtual office plan allows me the flexibility to book appropriate office space, as needed, so I can maintain a level of professionalism my clients expect while keeping overhead costs down. From the smallest of private office space to the largest conference room, all rooms are nicely furnished with connections for the latest technology. The view from the Federal Boardroom is beautiful!

Clean, updated facilities & super friendly reception. The views from the 6th floor are nice to look out at when I need a mental break. Good communication regarding packages and mail. Fun events with good snacks are common, and sometimes Caroline the receptionist will even bring in her own exquisite baked goods. I'm also a fan of the biweekly unique flower arrangements

The staff at Pacific Workplaces have been terrific and are very professional. I use their mail forwarding service which has been great. I get daily email notifications of the delivered mail, which I can have forwarded to my home if I don’t have time to pick it up personally. The offices are clean and efficient, and the staff are very responsive. I highly recommend them!

They will provide a business address, phone line, and mail forwarding. Have access to all the work space you need. they also have a conference room you can reserve for meetings. The staff led by Laura are above and beyond with their services. I started my business in 2018 and have no plans of relocating from Pacific workplace.

I have been working with Pacific Workplaces for a year and they have been great. I use them to receive and forward mail and I use their conference rooms for mediation (yes...people are starting to mediate in person again!). My mediation participants feel as comfortable in the space as I do. Most important is the staff, including Community Manager Laura Thomas. If I have any problems with online booking, etc. they are more than happy to help out!!
