Anna is the new front desk person. She has been so responsive. Whenever I have a question, she is almost always available to answer my call or email. If she's not, I can leave a voicemail or send an email, and she responds very quickly. This service is differentiated from others in that they have a wonderful feature called Sphere Mail. This service is amazing. When I receive urgent mail like a hand delivered motion or written discovery from opposing counsel, they know it's urgent and let me know right away. In fact, they let me know every time I receive a piece of mail with this service. If I am out of town, and need to see the mail ASAP, they can scan it and send it to me, strictly confidential, of course. I have been annoying on more than one occasion, requesting more help that the average customer---and there was never an issue. I was treated like VIP by Anna and everyone else. 10/10!
