It's extremely well run, clean, quiet and comfortable. The community manager/front desk manager is very responsible about mail and messages (definitely not a given in large workspaces), the kitchen is cool and dogs are allowed.
Added bonus points for being within a 3-5 minute walk of osme of the best lunch spots in Berkeley.
