Answers to Common Questions
Pacific Workplaces pays a 10% commission on:
- All offices occupied during the first 12 months.
- This includes expansion offices & renewals
- Registered brokers earn 12% commission
What is your commission?
- Commission is based on the total subscription value of the contract
- The commission is determined by multiplying the total subscription value of the contract times the term during the first 12 months
When is payment due?
- Upon receipt of your invoice after the deal has been funded
