Coworking Space San Jose

We’ve had a great experience working from this coworking space. A big part of that is thanks to **Ava and Marlene** at the front desk. They are incredibly helpful, cheerful, and always make us feel genuinely welcomed—not like we’re simply renting office space, but like we’re part of a community working together as one. They consistently go above and beyond to help whenever something comes up. There have been many times when we’ve had urgent requests, such as needing a meeting space on short notice, and they’ve always done everything they can to accommodate us. The space is also very well maintained, especially the common areas. We really appreciate the events they organize throughout the month, including catered food and desserts, which create a great atmosphere and help bring the community together. We’re looking forward to growing our business and expanding into multiple office spaces here. We truly value the partnership and relationship we’ve built with the team and look forward to continuing it for the long term.

The staff Suman and Marlene will make you feel like family - they are the nicest and most considerate people! I joined a couple weeks ago for the flex desk option and this place is amazing - spectacular views of downtown, desks with monitors and partitions, quiet, sparkling clean. You got San Pedro sq a block away for eats. This is the BEST coworking space in the area! Go check it out!

Where to start? First, the community manager, Suman, is absolutely amazing! From my first meeting with her and touring the office space, her knowledge, professionalism, and the overall positive energy she brings were exactly what I needed in a workspace environment. She truly sets the tone for an inviting and productive atmosphere. Equally impressive is Marlene, who greets me daily with warmth and attentiveness. Together, Suman and Marlene are hands down the best around and a significant part of what makes this space so special. The office spaces are stunning, and the coworking desks are open, bright, and spacious. With several conference rooms available to book, a welcoming lounge area, and a well-equipped kitchen and break area, this is a truly upscale property where professionalism is evident in every detail. I also appreciate the flexible plans they offer, which have been a game-changer for my productivity. Whether renting a space or opting for a monthly flex plan, this workspace is absolutely worth it!

Marlene always brings a smile to our team, and is always so caring and kind. Not everyday you have someone that is so kind every single day consistently. Would not be able to have such a positive environment without her love seeing her everyday. She keeps the coffee stocked, fresh fruit, clean environment she does more than just saying hi!

It came down to Regus and Pacific Workplaces. We met with Ava and she really showed the value of their beautiful office spaces. The positivity and energy is constantly flowing and this is an environment where my team can grow and thrive in! We are super excited to be here and appreciate the wonderful staff that all take very good care of us!
