May 4, 2022 – Pacific Workplaces (PAC), the San Francisco-based flexible office provider, announced today that it is opening a new location in Downtown Sacramento at 428 J Street.  The space totals 11,590 square feet and will feature 38 private offices, an open coworking area with 16 dedicated desks, 20 open coworking seats, fully equipped meeting rooms, gig internet, virtual offices, and fun events that foster opportunities for members to connect. It is located near the Golden 1 Arena, close to State and Federal Courthouses, RT Light Rail, Interstate-5, and is 10 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport.

Laurent Dhollande, CEO of Pacific Workplaces, said, “We believe so much in the vitality of Sacramento that we are opening yet another location in the best part of downtown, with many restaurants, bars and other amenities within walking distance.” Dhollande added “We are following the migration path of many professionals who left the San Francisco Bay Area to make Sacramento their new home.”

Pacific Workplaces has other thriving locations in the Greenhaven/Pocket area, at Watt & Fair Oaks Blvd., in Roseville, and a total of 18 locations, in Northern California, Reno and Las Vegas.

Workplace Studio, the Chicago-based premier designer of coworking spaces in the country, is responsible for the design of the space which accounted for the unique features of the building while strategically ammenitizing the space to meet Pacific Workplaces high functionality and design standards. “As a coworking operator, it’s important to be attentive to the evolving needs of various users. We accounted for flexibility and diverse spaces for heads-down work, networking, and connectivity,” said Mara Hauser CEO of Workplace Studio. “People are looking for a workspace to comfortably work while still having a sense of community.”

When members need to travel further away, they can access one of the 950 locations available worldwide via the CloudTouchdown network managed by CloudVO, a sister company to Pacific Workplaces.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by June 2022 and people interested can lock-in pre-opening deals by registering their interest on the Pacific Workplaces website. The first 10 pre-sold offices will get up to a 40% discount.
