Our Downtown Berkeley office space has a dozen dedicated offices  that can accommodate between 1 and 4 professionals who prefer a little more privacy than the pure open coworking environment. Each office comes furnished and allows you to work in a quiet and private space, but remain attached to the buzzing coworking community with full access to the awesome events our members and NextSpace community curators put together regularly. Our coworking members are a diverse collection of freelancers, attorneys, software developers, start-ups, and non-profit organizations who support each other in their respective enterprises. We call it the “NextSpace Effect.” Our main rules are to be respectful of the community, and to help make the space a productive and pleasant place for everyone to work.  We offer open coworking and dedicated desks if you prefer a designated workstation within the open workspace. Do you need more privacy and support services than the standard coworking options? Try our newly designed All Access Pass that allows you to book a vacant private office for only $269/month. All Access Passes support our work-from-home professionals looking for flexibility outside of the home office. Then there’s our Virtual Office plans which provide a business address and access to shared office services such as Berkeley meeting rooms at the fraction of the price of a dedicated office. They also include digital mail services, live phone answering, and free or discounted guest office hours.
