August 15, 2023 (San Francisco, CA) – Pacific Workplaces (PAC), the San Francisco-based provider of flexible offices and coworking places with 18 locations, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by The San Francisco Chronicle. These awards highlight organizations for their commitment to workplace excellence. The winners are based solely on employee feedback administered through a third- party employee engagement technology firm. The confidential survey assesses key drivers contributing to a company’s culture, including leadership, alignment, execution, and values, among others.
The Top Workplaces program has been recognizing people-first organizations since 2006 across 60 regional markets, and the Greater Bay Area region is highly competitive. There is no cost to participate and no obligation to purchase any product or service. Survey results are valid only if 35% or more employees respond. The award highlights a company as an employer of choice as attracting top talent is so critical for any organization.

The Winners Celebration Event took place on August 10th at Oracle Park Stadium, home of Major League Baseball’s San Francisco Giants. Attendees enjoyed casino games, ballpark tours, club-level food and drinks, and an awards ceremony. Winners were officially announced over the ballpark’s PA system and attendees cheered and celebrated as they saw their company logo in big lights on Oracle Park’s Jumbotron.
