This week Pacific Workplaces had the opportunity to make a donation to support the Ukrainian people.  They need all the humanitarian help we can give them. We’d like to encourage all of our PAC-mates, PAC members, and industry friends to consider showing your support to Ukraine via a donation or in any way that works best for you. 

There are many serious and worthwhile organizations that can handle donations, some of which are listed in this post. We have industry friends in Ukraine whom we have met virtually or even face-to-face at professional events, so we chose to donate to the Ukrainian Coworking Association through this site. We know they’ll make good use of the funds to help the Ukrainian people.

You don’t need to know anyone in Ukraine personally to want to help. Every time we see a Ukrainian mother or child in a desperate situation on the news, it feels personal to all of us at Pacific Workplaces. That’s why we felt the urge to help. I am sure many of you feel the same. 

If any of you are interested, here are three reputable organizations that can make good use of your donation:

  1. Unicef Help Children in Ukraine
  2. The International Committee of the Red Cross – Ukraine donations
  3. Open Coworking Corp through the Coworking IDEA Project

This just scratches the surface – there are many other reputable organizations you can help. Whether you donate or not, please show your support to our Ukrainian friends! This is just a small token of what we can do to contribute to our global community.
