Do I have to choose a Service Package?

Yes, each full-time private office space user must be on a service package as these plans make-up all the "goodies" that come with your office. Users within the same company or office space can be on different packages.

Can I upgrade to a higher internet plan?

Absolutely! For instance, you can choose the bundled Starter Package which includes up to 100 Mbps ($49/month itemized). If you need more, you can upgrade your internet only to 200 Mbps included in the Standard Plan ($79/month itemized), and just pay the difference of $30 per month.

Why does the Starter Package not include meeting room credits?

Although the Starter Package doesn't include meeting room credits within the bundled plan itself, you still get 4 included meeting room credits that come with your office space (regardless of the plan you choose)!

Can I customize my Service Package?

Yes! Our bundled plans make it easy for users to decide what services they need with their office space. However, we can always customize a solution for you. For instance, users on the Standard Plan (our most popular) who want Digital Mail Services can add-on just that service for $49/Month.
