This series of blog posts features a few of these fantastic companies that have at one time or another been a part of the Pacific Workplaces network. This post will feature three businesses that are well versed in the art of banking, lending and financial planning services.

Raymond James is an incredible, diversified financial services company that has subsidiaries specializing in wealth management, investment banking and financial planning. The company was founded in 1962, and its name is derived from the merger of two companies run by Robert A. James and Edward Raymond. For over 50 years, this successful company services around 2.7 million client accounts in over 2,600 locations nationally and internationally. The company’s high degree of customer service and commitment to corporate philanthropy has caused them to be noticed as a fantastic place to work and leader in their field. From May 2006 to April 2007, they leased four offices and utilized our virtual office services at our recently renovated and conveniently located Walnut Creek office space.

Stearns Lending is a mortgage lending service provider headquartered in Santa Ana, California that is driven by their commitment to make the “American Dream” of home ownership come true for people across the United States. Throughout the years, their workforce has grown to 2,000 individuals, and just in the past four years, they have contributed over $58 billion, which accounts for 230,176 funded loans. They utilized a full-time office space at our San Mateo office space from May 2014 to February 2015 and benefited from the on-demand conference rooms and other convenient services our shared workplaces offer.

Piper Jaffray is a comprehensive investment bank and asset management firm that has been serving their clients in the U.S. and abroad since 1895. This firm has been in business for over a century due to them evolving and providing leading, innovative solutions year after year. They are proud of their ability to listen to all their clients, which allows them to best meet their needs and adapt to constantly changing marketplace trends. During 2012, they signed for a month-to-month agreement with a full support package at our accessible Sacramento Watt office space. Now, they lease the largest exterior office with a beautiful balcony perfect for important business meetings.
