Pacific Workplaces is the perfect solution for me as a semi-retired, self-employed lawyer. The office is well staffed, friendly, reliable, professional, and the office (lobby and meeting rooms) is clean and attractive with amenities such as a kitchen, Friday breakfast treats, and a really good copy machine. The location is very convenient.

Covid changed the way my company works and we no longer needed an expensive and large permanent office. After I took a tour of Pacific Workplaces, I knew it would be the perfect fit for our small company. Conveniently located downtown, the office is clean and bring an the staff is kind and helpful. Best part is that it all comes for an affordable price. Now that my company works as a hybrid, it's very helpful for us to use the office to schedule meeting conference rooms and have our mail delivered and managed. I highly recommend Pacific Workplaces, especially if you don't need full time space (though I believe they have that if needed too).

Staff is professional, friendly and super helpful. Pacific Workspaces provides clean, pleasant offices in the heart of Downtown Oakland. When we schedule our in-office meetings with our attorneys, staff is always very helpful setting up the conference rooms and ordering lunch when needed. Staff has also helped our office with shredding large files every year by reserving a large bin for secure disposal.

I couldn't be more pleased with my company's decision to move into Pacific Workplaces while we wait for our new office to open. The atmosphere is so inviting and friendly. They've done an exceptional job decorating the space and the ammeneties are endless. Laura, the Community Manager, goes above and beyond and so quick to respond to any questions we've had. The option to use different size conference rooms is such a bonus as we host different sized meetings monthly. I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Workplaces and will be sad to leave when our permament location is ready.

If you're starting a business, I highly recommend you start from here. with all the services they provide, you can establish your business identity and look professional as possible. They will provide a business address, phone line, and mail forwarding. Have access to all the work space you need. they also have a conference room you can reserve for meetings. The staff led by Laura are above and beyond with their services. I started my business in 2018 and have no plans of relocating from Pacific workplace.

So happy to have this lovely workspace. I pay for the monthly pass to use a private office whenever I need one. It is a great deal. The office is spacious, clean, and private, with great location and amenities - wifi, a shared, well stocked kitchen, snacks, coffee, tea etc. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. Just great all around.

I've been a member of Pacific Workplaces for 6 years and a member at this location for 2.5 years. Recently I was in a bind when I had a sudden power outage. I got to the office around 8:30 for a 9am meeting and they set me up quickly and seamlessly with a day office. Super helpful and professional staff!
