Business is done everywhere these days – not just in an office. When you’re on the go, you can still do business just as well as you would in an office if you have the right finance apps for mobile business. Here are five useful apps for doing business from your shared office space or anywhere.

1. Mint: With the multitude of financial sites that a business owner has to keep track of, it can be hard to remember them all and to keep them straight. With Mint, business owners can keep track of their loans, bank accounts, credit cards and more; and do it all at the same time. It can help entrepreneurs keep track of their profits and debts, simplifying the financial side of the business. The app is free.

2. ProOnGo: This app is one that tracks all of those small things that business owners who work from a virtual office may forget from time to time. These may include car mileage that is deductible, small business expenses, and other costs that every business owner needs to recall when tax time comes around. The app can be used to create tax reports that keep expenses organized. It is priced at $0.99 to $4.99 a month, depending on the features desired. The premium app includes spreadsheets, backups and access to a Web-based format.

3. PayPal: One of the best-known names in the online financial world is a versatile company with a number of useful financial products and apps for business owners. PayPal has an iPhone app that makes it easy to transfer money between the site and bank accounts with a cell phone. It also has a photo deposit feature, allowing users to send a picture of a check through the site and get it deposited in seconds. The app is free.

4. Pageonce: A versatile app that works on virtually every type of phone, Pageonce is an organizational tool that organizes finances with graphs and charts. It updates the user with emails when there is a bill due or when an account is overdrawn. Business owners can easily see where the company’s money is being spent and how much data it is using. Like Mint, it can help to simplify the large number of financial accounts that many businesses have. Mobile workers can see all of their transactions in real time, allowing them to keep track of employee spending when necessary. The app is free.
